January 2022 Flying Stars (January 5-February 3 2022)

So we have reached the Ox month of January in our 2021 Ox year when transitioning to a new year in the Western calendar.

Ox has its home in North East 1. As a water earth animal it will be strengthened slightly by the now weak metal of January.

Water earth Ox has a clash relationship with its opposite number, fire earth Goat (SW1). These are both storage animals, the Ox of winter and the Goat of summer.

If you are Goat born and have Ox anywhere in your birth chart be aware of this throughout the month, Where the Ox is located in your chart (year, month, day or hour) will determine its influence.

There is a Sum of Ten combination in the north this month with annual 2 and monthly 8. This sum of ten can bring wealth from both cash and assets. If you are investing you could find yourself benefiting if you take advantage of the north this month.

Northeast has annual 9 magnifying star and 6 white star. This pair is known as ‘fire burning Heaven’s Gate’. Sounds horrendous, right? Well, not necessarily. If you are in business and you want to change the status quo, want to disrupt your industry, this is a great area to make it happen. If you have a new service or product you want to get out there, this is the time to set the wheels in motion. As individuals you need to be seen, expand your network and be sociable. The only thing to be wary of is health issues relating to the heart. So be careful, do not stress or over-indulge.

Remember to sit with your back to Grand Duke (NE1) if working in the northeast, to gain his support.

East has the annual 4 green star and monthly 1 white star. They combine to create wisdom and intelligence with academic capabilities. This is one of the best pair to see. Luck is definitely on your side when working or studying in this location. If taking advantage of this combination remember that for one more month 3 Killings is present in the east. Work in this area for sure however face east, southeast or northeast rather than west. The important thing is to confront 3 Killings rather than have then behind you when you will have no idea what they are planning.

Southeast has two earth element stars in the form of 5 yellow and 2 black. What can we say? Wood and earth are conflicting elements so that in itself is not a good indicator. There is only one more month and 5 yellow will move on so stay away from this location if at all possible. Negative health issues and disappointment is generally all we can offer.

1 annual and 7 monthly in the south is a combination to be used by those of you in business who have to communicate your message to an audience; to your clients or fans. It gives you the clarity and ability to talk the good talk. On the other hand it can encourage you to over indulge when it comes to drinking. It is better to talk rather than drink to avoid saying things you may later regret.

Southwest has a combination of 3 annual and 9 monthly in January. This pair can help you work towards your success. On the way however remember the people around you who are there with help and support as you progress. 3 wood star is known as the star of disagreements however 3 star creates 9 star which in turn creates the earth location of the southwest so there is an element of harmony here. In general this location can be used but do not face NE1 (Grand Duke) while working as this could undo all your good work.

Trust in your own ability and take things one step at a time. Think twice before working in this location unless the external environment is positive. If you have to spend time here however face the 3 Killings in the east.

Finally the northwest has the annual 7 and monthly 4 together. The 7 metal star can cut and destroy the 4 wood star in this metal location. Deception and scheming are two of the negative attributes of this pair. For individuals spending time in the northwest during January they may feel depressed and suffering from lack of motivation. Not good. These are short lived but the best way to avoid such feelings is to stay away from the northwest for January.
