NOVEMBER 2018 FENG SHUI FLYING STARS

November  2018 Flying Stars (November 7-December 6)

Knowledge Is Power

Each month Stars ‘fly’ from sector to sector within your home or office.  These monthly forecasts allow you to benefit from the highs and avoid some of the pitfalls when these Stars combine.  You do this by avoiding negative and maximising positive sectors.  If you have a bad location which is never used it cannot affect you.  In contrast if you have a good sector you never use – now might be a good time to start!  A month is at most 31 days so a bad month in an annual good sector is not the end of the world.  Just be aware of what you can expect.  Your animal sign, although more to do with BaZi, will be influenced by the Flying Stars.

Yin Water Pig (Gui Hai) in Winter

So what does this picture tell you?

Our cute Pigs/Boars are working their way through the snow to find food.  Why snow?  The Pig brings with it the beginning of the season of Winter.   A new (and colder) beginning!  Water becomes the strongest element, Metal weakens and Wood increases in strength.  Fire will be hugely influenced by Gui Water (the only Water that can influence the majestic beauty of the Sun) and Earth hardens as the cold takes hold.

Are you ready for the change?  Like us you might already have had the appearance of frost and/or snow.  Brrr!!

Pigs are growth animals, they signify a beginning and they love to move.  They thrive on change.

We say goodbye to the Dog month in this Dog year and what a month it has turned out to be.  We won’t dwell on the negative but suffice to say there has been more discord than harmony, more disasters both natural and man made.  So what can we expect in November?  Its an interesting month with each of the numbers 1-9 returning to their ‘home’ base.  In addition the He Tu numbers 1-6 (Water), 2-7 (Fire), 3-8 (Wood), 4-9 (Metal) are present.  Always a positive feature.  There is a sum of ten combination in the East improving the fortunes for the Rabbit born perhaps?  Find out soon.

The Dog (NW1) and Pig/Boar (NW3) can see a 1-6 (Water) He Tu combination this month.  This should improve things for both these animal signs.  Be on the lookout for opportunities in your career.  Garner support from your superiors.  Work hard and smart and build a foundation to grow from.  Take care of health to avoid breathing-related issues that may affect your lungs.

Yin Water Rabbit (Gui Mao) (E2) is the animal of the first day of November (7th).  Rabbits have the sum of ten combination in the East which will go some way to depleting the negative energies of the individual 7 Red Star and 3 Jade Star.  Sum of ten is positive when it comes to money and expanding your network so if you need assistance from others act with gratitude, think before you speak and this will be a good month for you.

The Rat (N2) has had to contend with the 5 Yellow Star all year however its Earth strength is at an all time low this month.  Water can only help the Rat born have a better month in November.  Stay strong,  and with so much Water around things start moving in a more positive direction.  Be grateful for what you have been through as it gives you the insight to make better decisions and have less difficulties that in previous months.

Another He Tu combination of 3-8 (Wood) in the Northeast will help the Ox (NE1) and Tiger (NE3) enjoy a much more positive month.  You will be keen to follow through with your ideas and plans so what are you waiting for?  Look at the bigger picture and take steps towards its fulfilment.  Keep your emotions under control as you look to others to help you achieve your goals.

Dragon (SE1) and Snake (SE3) have two great Stars in November.  The Annual 8 White Star of Wealth and the 4 Green Star of Literary Success.  With Wood becoming strong you may find yourself the centre of attraction this month.  Great if you are seeking a relationship, be aware if you are already in a relationship.  If you have children sleeping in the Southeast you might find it helpful to move them to another room for November as poor health is one of the negative aspects of this combination.  For everyone else you will see opportunities and it will be up to you to grasp them quickly and take positive action.  Success will not come overnight but the sooner you start….(nothing comes to those who wait).

The Horse can benefit from a 4-9 (Fire) He Tu combination which is good for finances.  It is also great for networking.  So if you are looking for a partner and/or expansion in your business reach out to others.  You will find love and support from those closest to you so never neglect their input; it is valuable and vital to your success.

Goat (SW1) and Monkey (SW3) have a Heaven (6)/Earth (2) combination this month.  If you are looking inward this is a great month to begin.  Take baby steps towards your goals and you will progress.  Stay focused and continue your journey one day at a time.  Many see the 2 Earth Star as the Star of Illness however remember that Earth is trapped at this time of year and the 6 White Metal Star does weaken the element of Earth.  As always however err on the side of caution and take care of your health.  This is especially important if your kitchen/stove is located in Southwest.

So finally we look at what the month has in store for the Rooster (W2) born.  The West has another He-Tu combination of 2-7 (Fire) moving in.  Negative in their own right this combination can bring success to anyone in a Fire-related industry.  Think Metaphysics or IT, beauty or service-related businesses.  This is not a month to make huge breakthroughs but you can make steady progress.  Think before you speak and do not spend pointless time gossiping (what goes around comes around!!)

Do you know your Chinese animal sign?  If not contact us and we will send you the information including the influence the Dog will have if it appears in your chart.  Remember you have four pillars in your Chart (year, month, day, hour) and each one represents a different aspect of your life.

Do you know how to superimpose a Luo Shu Grid over the floor plans of your property?  Can you identify where your important sectors are located?  If not contact us and we will be happy to assist.  The important areas of any living space are the main door, kitchen (stove), bedroom and office/study room.   You can include the balcony in this if you live in a flat or condo.  These are the sectors to focus on when looking at the Monthly Flying Stars.
